Mark A. Fisher represents individuals harmed by fraudulent, deceptive and unlawful commercial practices used in connection with the sale of products and services to consumers. He focuses his practice on class action litigation involving violations of state and federal consumer-protection laws, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the New Jersey Truth in Consumer Contract, Warranty, and Notice Act, and handles matters at both the trial and appellate level.

Mr. Fisher earned his law degree from the Rutgers University-Camden Law School (J.D., 2006). He attended Rider University as an undergraduate (B.S., 2002), where he was a student-athlete, playing for the Rider baseball team (NCAA Division I).

Before joining The Wolf Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Fisher served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary C. Jacobson in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Mercer County (2006-2007), and was an associate at Szaferman, Lakind, Blumstein and Blader, P.C. in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, where he gained substantial experience litigating class actions and other forms of aggregate litigation on behalf of consumers and investors. Mr. Fisher has worked to secure relief for the policyholders, investors, mortgagees, accountholders, and other customers of many large financial institutions engaging in predatory conduct. He has extensive knowledge and experience regarding investor protection and fiduciary duty laws under The Investment Company Act of 1940 and The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”).

Mr. Fisher has experience handling complex matters in a diversity of areas, including environmental clean-up and cost recovery litigation, product liability actions, mass torts, and commercial disputes, and is well-versed with electronic discovery (e-discovery).

Mr. Fisher is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2006). He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Mark coaches Little League baseball and serves on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Township Recreational Baseball Association Little League.
