Kelly Samuels Thomas
Kelly Samuels Thomas represents clients in a wide variety of state and federal matters related to consumer protection, including consumer fraud, warranty fraud, illegal debt collection practices, fraudulent automobile sales and repairs, fraudulent home improvement practices, loan packing, new and used car Lemon Law, and wrongful repossessions. Ms. Thomas assists clients on an individual basis and in class action suits.
Ms. Thomas graduated from William & Mary School of Law in 2009. While at William & Mary, she served as an Articles Editor of the William and Mary Journal of Women and the Law. Ms. Thomas is a 2004 graduate of Cornell University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and was honored as a Pauline and Irving Tanner Dean’s Scholar.
After law school, Ms. Thomas clerked for the Honorable M. Christine Allen-Jackson, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County. She served as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and worked at two other private law firms prior to joining The Wolf Law Firm, where she represented clients in commercial, personal injury, real estate, civil rights and employment matters.
Ms. Thomas is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2009), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (2011) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2011). She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
